1. Choose your fabrics

 

Browse the My Masks page for ideas of the masks I have made so far. Or you can refer to the  fabrics page for my collection of fabrics. You can either choose everything from outer and inner layer, or just decide on the outer layer, and I will find the best match for the inner layer. A standard mask comes with 2 layers of tightly woven fabric layers (Inner layer being the filter pocket). Depending on the fabrics, I would also add an interfacing layer to make it thicker and stiffer for a better mask shape. A extra layer of a non woven filter (Not included) can be inserted. See below. Thickness of fabrics varies, so do let me know your preference.

2. Filter

​

Though it is optional, I typically includ a filter pocket in all my masks. The inner layer will be made of 100% quilter or Egyptian cotton.

You can use a surgical masks replacement sheet, PM2.5 filters or the washable filters for additional protection.

3. Choose your mask size

​

Measure from your nose bridge to tip of chin and tip of nose to your ear, and see which of the following mask sizes give you the best coverage. Typically size L fits men; size M fits women and pre-teens; size S fits big kids while size XS fits smaller kids.

Size L (Men) -

6"/15.2cm x 10"/25.4cm (Nose-to-chin x Ear-to-ear)

 

Size M (Women/Pre-teen) - 

5.5"/14cm x 10"/25.4cm 

 

Size  S (Big kids) -

5"/12.7cm x 9"/22.8cm

 

Size XS (Small kids) - 

4.5"/11.4cm x 8"/20cm

 

As all the masks are handmade, there may be a slight variation in size.

4. Nose Wire

​

All Size L and M masks will come with a 10cm long, 3mm wide plastic nose wire with galvanised iron core. Again, let me know if you have specific requests.

5.  Placing your order

​

6.  Payment

​

All masks are S$20 each. 

You can pay for your masks via PayNow/PayLah. Please contact me for details. For direct donations to the charities I support, you can go to my fundraising page.

Do send me a message to let me know you have made your donation (Especially if you wish to make an anonymous donation), so I can start sewing!

7. Lead time

​

As every mask is made to order, depending on the volume of orders, it will take me 3-7 days to have your masks ready for shipping. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

8. Shipping

​

All masks will be posted to your designated address in Singapore with a tracking number, which will take around 1-3 days. All local shipping is free. Alternatively, you can contact me to arrange for self collection. 

 

For those who wish to place an order from overseas, I will do my best to accommodate your requests, subject to additional shipping costs.
